Description

18th century with later alterations. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay symmetrical rectangular-plan crowstepped-gabled end-of-terrace house with full-height lean-to addition at rear. Harled.

N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: deep-set part-glazed door at ground in bay to centre. Window at each floor in each bay flanking.

E (SIDE) ELEVATION): 2-bay. Window at ground in bay to left; blank elevation to lean-to to outer left. Attic window to right of gable; gablehead stack above.

2- and 4-pane timber sash and case windows; timber-framed attic window with top-hung upper light; 3, evenly disposed rooflights to N pitch. Grey slate roof; stone ridge; stone skews; harled corniced gablehead stack to E; similar common stack to W; uPVC rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1998.
