Description
18th century with later alterations. 2-storey and attic, single storey, crowstepped gabled, rectangular-plan house with stop chamfered S angle; link to single storey swept-gabled, triple-finialled shop (Number 31) to right, (not listed). Cement-rendered and lined at ground; harled above; cement margins to openings. Corniced fascia between ground and 1st floors; eaves course.
E (GABLE) ELEVATION: widened window, offset to right of centre, at ground; window at each floor in bay to right above; gablehead stack.
S (SIDE) ELEVATION: window to stop-chamfered angle at ground; 3, evenly disposed window at 1st floor.
N (SIDE) ELEVATION: single storey, flat-roofed link adjoining Number 35.
Modern, 2-pane windows; large uPVC shop windows. Modern grey slate roof; stone ridge; harled, coped gablehead stack to E; uPVC rainwater goods.
INTERIOR: not seen, 1998.
