Description
69 Princes Street in Ardrossan is an early 19th century building that is part of the original layout of the area. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring three bays. The exterior is finished in painted ashlar. The central entrance is a pilastered door set within a recessed cavetto moulding. On the ground floor, there are four windows, and above, on the first floor, there is a cill course with three windows. The building is flanked by outer full-height pilasters that have fluted capitals. It also has a cornice and blocking course, with straight skews and end stacks, topped with a slate roof.
