Description

72 and 74 Princes Street in Ardrossan is a mid-19th century building that stands three storeys tall and has two bays. The structure is made of painted ashlar. The ground floor has been modernized, but one original pilaster and the cornice remain intact. There is a cill course beneath the corniced windows on the first and second floors, and all windows feature architraves. The building is topped with a cornice, a blocking course, and a slate roof.
