2 storeys with 2 bays to Princes Street, 3 to Hill Street. Painted ashlar. Princes Street: Pilastered double door, and flanking windows; Art Deco floor with architraves, aprons and scrolled and bracketed heads. Cornice, blocking course, raised over windows. Hill Street: similar details. Piended slate roof, 1 modern dormer.
