Description

Early 19th century, single storey and attic, pair E facing

cottages of 2 and 3 bays now single dwelling. Harl pointed

rubble, contrasting painted tooled ashlar margins. Alternate

door-window frontage; single window to Spey Street gable; 3

substantial later piended dormers; 4-pane glazing. Coped end

and ridge stacks; Banffshire slate roof.

Modern rear bathroom addition.
