Description

Circa 1840. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house. Rubble,

painted tooled ashlar dressings and margins. Centre entrance

with corniced doorpiece with incised key pattern detailing.

Flanking bracketted cornice windows with panelled aprons;

similar ground floor window in S return gable (to Institution

Road). Raised margins to all windows, the 1st floor

fenestration linked by deep eaves band. 2 later 19th century

canted dormers; 2-pane glazing. Coped end stacks; slate

roof.

Low coped front garden wall.
