Description

Montpelier is a single storey and attic villa located at 21 West High Street in Bishopmill, Elgin, built in the later 19th century. The building features three bays and is constructed of sneck coursed rubble with tooled or polished ashlar dressings.

The central door is topped by a bracketted pediment, and there are bracketted cornices above the flanking windows. The villa includes two canted dormers and has end stacks, with a slate roof. At the rear, there is a wing and rubble garden walls.
