Description

Elm Bank is a mid 19th century single storey and attic house located at 42 North Street in Bishopmill, Elgin. The building features three bays and is constructed of ashlar with polished ashlar dressings. It has a tooled eaves band and angle margins. The centre door is framed by painted moulded lugged architraves, and there are apron panelled windows. The house includes two piended canted dormers and has corniced end stacks. The roof is slate with a stone ridge.
