Description

Later 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay gabled villa. Squared, stugged and snecked cream sandstone, ashlar dressings. Base course; ashlar mullioned windows; chamfered arrises; breacketted overhanging eaves; decorative bargeboarded gables.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorway to centre, chamfered reveals, 2-leaf panelled doors, p@late galss fanlight, half-glazed vestibule door. Canted window to right, half-piend slate roof with brattishing acting as window guard to gabled dormer above breaking eaves, 4-centred-arch to dormer window. Advanced gable baya to left, similarly detailed canted window with brattishing acting as window guard to 4-centred-arched attic window. Small gabled dormer to centre with pointed-arch window.

Plate glass sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, coped sandstone stack with moulded cans.
