Description

1860, 2-storey, symmetrical 3-bay double gabled house with

separate dwellings in ground and 1st floors. All white harled

with contrasting painted tooled ashlar margins.

Centre doors in east elevation, that in 1st floor served by

forestair. Symmetrical 3-window fenestration to rear, both

ground and 1st floors; lying-pane glazing end stacks; slate

roofs.

Single storey lean-to extensions to both north and south gables.

Rubble garden wall with roughly dressed coped encircles dwelling

and lighthouse; pair square tooled ashlar gatepiers with matching pedestrian entrance, all with shallow pyramidal caps. Simple

cast-iron gates.
