Description
The Walled Garden at Creich Free Church of Scotland Manse is a mid to late 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house that faces south. The exterior is harled with tooled ashlar margins. It features a projecting gabled outer bay on the west side and a round-headed doorway with a hoodmould in the re-entrant angle, which includes a panelled door. The ground floor has wide three-light windows with thick moulded wooden mullions that separate narrow sash windows. The first floor has similar mullions on the centre and outer (east) two-light windows, which just break the wallhead in simple gables. The west elevation has two bays with matching fenestration and multi-pane glazing. The roof is slate, adorned with paired and triple corniced ashlar stacks at the ends and ridge. There is also a single-storey and attic service wing at the rear. To the east of the house, there is a walled garden enclosed by coped rubble walls.
