Description

Mid-later 19th century, 2-storey, 3-bay south facing

house; harled, tooled ashlar margins. Projecting gabled

west outer bay; round-headed hoodmoulded doorway in

re-entrant angle with panelled door. Wide ground floor

3-light windows with thick moulded wooden mullions

dividing narrow sashes; similar mullions to centre and

outer (east) 1st floor 2-light windows, just breaking

wallhead in simple gables. 2-bay west elevation with

similar fenestration; multi-pane glazing. Batteries of

paired and triple corniced ashlar end and ridge stacks;

slate roof.

Rear single storey and attic service wing. Walled garden;

coped rubble walled garden to east of house.
