Description
This is a byre dating from the later part of the 19th century, constructed from roughly coursed rubble masonry, with some later harl pointing. It has a rectangular plan positioned at right angles to the house, running from northeast to southwest. The southeast elevation features two doors, while the other elevations are blank, with a blocked door on the northwest side.
The doors are boarded, and the building has a piended roof on the northeast side and a gabled wallhead on the southwest. The roof is covered with Caithness slate and includes five small glazed roof panes.
