Description

Dunmore Cottage is an early to mid-19th century single-storey building featuring four bays. It has a slightly lower single-storey, two-bay cruck-framed steading that is continuous at the northeast gable. The exterior is made of whitewashed rubble, with an off-centre entrance leading into the cottage. There are two bays to the left of the entrance, and the glazing varies. The cottage has coped end stacks and an off-centre ridge stack, with a corrugated-iron roof that has replaced the former thatch. A later wing has been added at the rear.
