Description
Netherdale is a mid-19th century, single-storey and attic H-plan house with later additions to the rear. It is constructed of coursed red rubble with tooled ashlar dressings. The front elevation has four bays, with projecting two-storey outer bays. An off-centre gabled porch is located in the re-entrant angle. A canted bay window is present on the two-bay south return elevation. The windows feature lying-pane glazing. Other details include an eaves band, accentuated skewputts, ashlar apex finials, renewed coped ridge stacks, and slate roofs.
