Description

This building is a villa dating from around 1880 to 1890, featuring a symmetrical single storey and attic design with three bays. The outer bays have steep gables and barge boards, complemented by iron-crested bow windows on the ground floor and hood-moulded, stepped three-light pointed-headed windows above. The central door is topped with a consoled hood, and there is a semi-circular dormer above it. The exterior is finished in stone-cleaned polished ashlar, with end stacks and broad-eaved slate roofs.

On the left side, there is a lean-to conservatory with stepped round-headed lights and decorative cresting. The property is enclosed by a low boundary wall, featuring shaped painted ashlar gatepiers.
