Description
This late 19th century two-storey villa features Renaissance details and consists of three bays. On the left side, there is a full-height canted window, while the right side has mullioned windows. The ground floor openings, including the central door, are framed with pilasters and have sculptured panels above, set within a continuous frieze between the floors. The villa is constructed of yellow ashlar and has plate glass sashes. The roof is slated with deep bracketed eaves and red ridging tiles, and there are end stacks. The property is enclosed by a boundary wall to the street, which includes ornamented and painted square gatepiers.
