Later 19th century 3-storey tenement with elevations to 3 streets, bowed and turretted bays. Classical details; stone-cleaned ashlar, channelled at ground, banded at 1st floor with window hoods, inset pilasters at 2nd floor; horizontal bands/strings, bracketted cornice; plate glass sashes; stacks at wall-head and set below ridges; slate roofs, corner turrets with truncated conical roofs.
