Description
This is a later 19th century symmetrical two-storey double villa. It features canted full-height windows in the outer bays and a broad-eaved open porch with columns and fret-work in the centre bay of each three-bay house. The building is constructed from stone-cleaned snecked and squared rubble with ashlar dressings that include painted details. It has cast-iron window balconies, except at the canted windows, and plate glass sashes. There are stacks over the common wall and a broad-eaved, shallow-pitched slate roof. The property is enclosed by a low boundary wall along the street, which includes gatepiers.
