Description

Later 19th century symmetrical 2-storey double villa,

canted full-height windows in outer bays, broad-eaved

columned and fret-worked open porch in centre bay of

each 3-bay house; stone-cleaned snecked and squared

rubble, ashlar dressings with painted detail, cast-

iron window balconies except at canted windows; plate

glass sashes; stacks over common wall; broad-eaved and

shallow-pitched slate roof. Low boundary wall to street,

also gatepiers.
