Description

Circa 1860. 2-storey plain astylar classical villa. 4 bays

with advanced tripartite N section and further, lower,

single N bay. Polished ashlar, snecked rubble side and

rear elevations. Sash and case windows in simple

margins.

Entrance front: cast-iron verandah with corniced stone

plinth, slate roof. Bay window at ground floor in

advanced N bay, tripartite window with sidelights above.

3 plain windows with dropped cills at 1st floor in S bay.

Corniced axial stacks. Slate and tile roofs.
