59 Partickhill Road in Glasgow is a terrace of five houses designed by Alexander Skirving in 1881, showcasing Greek architectural detailing. The building is two stories high, with a basement and attic, and features a painted polished ashlar exterior that is droved at the basement and channelled on the ground floor. Each house has two unequal bays, with the end houses set forward.

The entrances are shouldered and pilastered, located at the top of a short flight of steps that overhang the basement area. To the right or left of each entrance, there are tripartite windows that are mirrored above, separated by pilaster mullions. A cill band runs along the first floor, topped by a main cornice with a simple disc frieze. The blocking course is raised to form a die parapet at the ends, and there are flat-roofed tripartite dormers. The building features axial stacks and a slate roof.

The basement service entry is adorned with cast-iron parapet railings and gates. Inside, number 59 includes carved timber stair balusters and a newel, along with marble chimneypieces. The rear basement room is wood-panelled and features a carved timber chimneypiece and a Delft-tiled fireplace.
