Description

Gillespie Kidd and Coia, 1958. Church with sacristy but no presbytery.

CHURCH: Red-brown facing brick, gable end to street, with large open tower containing large rood (by Jack Mortimer) on open frame above entrance. Entrance canopied, with large oak doors bearing crosses. Tower flanked by single storey set-back wings containing shop and baptistry. Body of church rectangular, with low-pitched copper roof, lit on each side by 7 long rectangular windows. Sacristy to W low
