Church Hall, Eastbank Church, 679 Old Shettleston Road, Glasgow

The Church Hall at Eastbank Church, located at 679 Old Shettleston Road in Glasgow, was designed by W G Rowan and built between 1897 and 1904 in the Late Gothic style. The church features snecked red ashlar stone and mostly slated roofs. It has a square corner tower with buttresses that step in at the narrow top belfry stage, topped by a thin slated spire that rises from within the parapet. The nave and aisles are covered by a continuous roof, with the aisles extending behind the tower to the right and a canted stair turret on the left, which also has a small spire. The doorway is adorned with sculpture that has an art nouveau style, and there is a large traceried gable window above. The church includes twin-gabled shallow transepts and a chancel.

The adjoining hall features simplified tracery in the gable window facing the street. Inside, it has a plain galleried layout with stone aisle arcades. The property is enclosed by an iron-railed boundary with plain stone piers.
