Description

Pollokshaws United Free Church is an earlier 19th century rectangular plan Gothic church located at 181 Shawbridge Street, Glasgow. The church features a stone-cleaned ashlar main gabled nave and aisles that face the street. It has a low central door topped by a pinnacled nave and a traceried window set in deeply recessed and chamfered ingoes. The flanks of the church are built from plain rubble and consist of four bays. The roof is covered with slate.
