Description
107 Waterside Road in Carmunnock, Glasgow, is probably from the late 18th century. The building has two storeys and three bays, but it has been significantly altered, especially on the interior and at the rear, with lower ranges that are now of little interest and not included in the listing.
The main range features a doorway that has been formed from a window in the left bay, while the original central doorway has been converted into a window. There is an unfortunate deep modern fascia between the floors. The exterior is rendered to resemble ashlar, with ashlar margins, all whitewashed. The building has an eaves course, a cornice, and skews with squared skewputts, along with rebuilt end stacks and a slate roof.
