Description

The Dovecot at Ravenscraig is a late 16th century structure. It is a four-stage, flat-roofed dovecot made of rubble. The stages are separated by a projecting ashlar rat course or alighting ledge. There is a blocked door on the north side, and rubble boundary walls are attached to the east and west. The roof is flat and made of stone slabs, featuring a round flight-hole opening in the center. The interior has not been seen.
