15 Dysart Road, Kirkcaldy

15 Dysart Road in Kirkcaldy is an earlier 19th-century, two-storey and attic, three-bay house that has been converted into office space and flatted accommodation. The exterior features harl with painted margins, base and eaves courses, and a corniced and pilastered doorcase.

On the south elevation, there is a deep-set, unusually panelled timber door in the central bay, flanked by a later bipartite window on the right and a window on the left. The first floor has regular fenestration close to the eaves, with small piended, slate-hung, timber dormer windows over the outer bays.

The east elevation is largely blank with a small opening on the ground level to the right. The windows throughout have a 4-pane and plate glass glazing pattern in timber sash and case style. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are coped ashlar stacks topped with a full complement of polygonal cans and thackstanes, along with ashlar-coped skews. Decorative cast-iron downpipes lead to a rainwater hopper on the right.
