7 Pilmour Links in St Andrews is a two-storey, three-bay house built around 1823, which has been converted into offices on the ground floor. The building is constructed from coursed rubble with stone margins and droved quoins. The southeast elevation is symmetrical, featuring a deep-set, two-leaf panelled timber door at the center of the ground floor. To the left, there is a later broad canted window, and to the right, a shop window with a deep-set door, both topped with lettered fascias. The first floor has regular fenestration with timber sash and case windows that have an 8-pane glazing pattern, while the ground floor includes fixed display windows. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there is a coped ashlar and harl shouldered stack along with coped skews. The property is enclosed by low, saddleback-coped, squared rubble boundary walls that feature inset railings and a decorative cast-iron gate.
