Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey with attic, 3-bay, classical terraced house, now flatted. Droved ashlar with base course, eaves cornice and blocking course, architraved windows, corniced window and doorheads.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: deep-set panelled door at centre with 3-pane fanlight, windows in flanking bays, plain pend-door (with fanlight) to outer left; regular bays at 1st floor and centre modern rooflight above with piend-roofed canted dormer windows in flanking bays.

N ELEVATION: largely obscured. Centre round stair tower with conical roof breaking eaves.

Mainly 12-pane glazing pattern with plate glass glazing at ground, all in sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with cans and ashlar coped skews.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low saddleback-coped boundary wall to S, coped rubble boundary walls to N, E and W.
