57-59 Kinghorn Road in Burntisland is an early 19th-century, two-storey terraced house with an attic, now converted into flats. The building features droved ashlar stonework, a base course, an eaves cornice, and a blocking course. The windows are architraved, with corniced heads above both the windows and doors.

On the south elevation, there is a deep-set panelled door at the center with a three-pane fanlight above it, flanked by windows on either side. To the outer left, there is a plain pend-door with a fanlight. The first floor has regular bays, and there is a modern rooflight above the center, along with piend-roofed canted dormer windows in the flanking bays.

The north elevation is largely obscured but features a central round stair tower topped with a conical roof that breaks the eaves. The windows predominantly have a 12-pane glazing pattern, with plate glass used at the ground level, all within sash and case frames. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are coped ashlar stacks with cans and ashlar coped skews.

The property is enclosed by boundary walls, which include a low saddleback-coped wall to the south and coped rubble walls to the north, east, and west.
