Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey with attic, 3-bay terraced house, converted to flats and altered to rear. Droved ashlar with stone cills, base and eaves course.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Deep-set door with plate glass fanlight at centre and windows in flanking bays, regular fenestration at 1st floor, piend-roofed canted dormer windows above to right and left.

N ELEVATION: ground floor obscured. Centre stair window with 1st floor windows to right and left; modern tile-hung, flat-roofed, full width dormer.

Plate glass glazing in sash and case windows at dormers, uPVC windows at ground and 1st floor. Grey slates, coped ashlar stacks with cans and ashlar coped skews.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low saddleback coped, harled boundary wall to S, coped rubble boundary walls to N, E and W.
