Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey with attic, 3-bay, rectangular plan terraced house, converted to flats. Droved ashlar with raised cills and base course.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: centre (modern) door with plate glass fanlight and windows in flanking bays, regular windows at 1st floor, piend-roofed dormer windows above to right and left.

N ELEVATION: largely obscured. Slightly projecting centre stairtower.

Plate glass glazing in sash and case windows. Grey slates, coped ashlar stacks with cans and ashlar coped skews.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low saddleback-coped, harled boundary walls to S, coped rubble walls to N, E and W.
