Description
Cunnoquhie House features an early 19th-century lodge that is asymmetrical and has picturesque qualities with classical details. This single-storey building is constructed of polished ashlar. The window openings are all segmental-headed. On the east entrance elevation, there is a door with a pedimented porch supported by two Tuscan columns, flanked by single windows. To the right, there is a canted window, and a similar window is found in the single bay on the south elevation, both retaining their original glazing pattern. The lodge has two symmetrically placed corniced octagonal stacks and a piended slate roof topped with a weather vane finial. There is a modern extension to the west. The property also includes four square ashlar gatepiers, which have been reduced in height and are connected by low ashlar walls.
