Description

18th century. Single storey cottage with ingleneuk

chimney projecting at front, modern harled extension to

right. Adjoining similar but much altered farm cottage.

Random whinstone rubble, harl-pointed, dressings renewed

in concrete. Ingleneuk of random rubble, now with

doorway inserted and window to right. Shouldered at 1st

floor height, and at roof level, rising to corniced

stack.
