Description

Circa 1900, single storey detached house. Square plan,

piended slate roof with central brattished platform,

broad eaves and exposed rafter ends, squared sandstone

rubble with ashlar dressings. Central door under roof

swept down and supported on brackets to form canopy,

4-light canted bay with semi-prismatic roof and iron

finial to left, breaks eaves; dormer headed 3-light window

under half timbered gablet on right hand. Moulded stone

mullion and transom windows. Side elevations have gablets

with brattished ridges and corniced chimney stacks.
