Description

The David Macbeth Moir Memorial, located on Mall Avenue in Musselburgh, is a full-length sandstone statue created in 1853 by sculptor Alexander Handyside Ritchie. The statue stands on a tall ashlar pedestal, which features a truncated obelisk design. It is set on a two-step base with a plinth that bears a commemorative plaque.
