Description

31 Eskside West in Musselburgh is a terrace house built around 1830, featuring two storeys and attics. The house has two windows across the front, with one located above the door. The ground floor has a later bipartite window, and there is a piended dormer on the left-hand side. The roof is covered with slate. The exterior is finished in droved ashlar, which includes a plinth, a band course at the first floor, and a cill string course. The windows and door have raised margins, with four-pane sash windows, except for the ground floor which has been reglazed with a single pane.
