Early/Mid 19th century diminutive single storey lodge

with piended roof recessed between higher projecting,

enclosed piended roofed porch flanked by 1 window

each side. Right hand wing has 1 window to front.

Return elevation to New Street has 2 windows. Slate

roof with zinc ridges, roughcast with raised window

and door margins. Windows 2 and 4 pane sashes.
