Description

This building, located at 176 and 178 North High Street in Musselburgh, dates from around 1840 and is a two-storey flatted villa with a symmetrical three-window façade. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features raised, lugged margins around the windows and doors. The windows have been reglazed with double-pane sashes. There is an external access stair at the rear leading to the upper flat. The roof is piended and covered with slate, and it has end stacks, with the left stack being cement rendered.
