Description

Early-mid 19th century. Pair of houses, two-storey, three-bay. Squared and snecked red sandstone with stugged grey ashlar dressings. Whinstone rubble sides and rear. Doorways to centre with two-pane strip fanlights and bracketted pentice hood. Windows flanking at ground, three windows at first floor. Sash and case windows with lying 12-pane glazing pattern. Grey slates, straight skews, red sandstone stacks with grey ashlar quoins. Skylight to each attic.
