Description
Ormiston Bridge is a single arch bridge built in the mid-18th century, located over the Tyne Water in Ormiston. The bridge features flanking overflow arches on each side. It is constructed from cream sandstone rubble with harl pointing, and the voussoirs of the arches are squared. The parapet has ashlar coping. The main arch spans approximately 10 feet.
