Fawn's Park, Main Street, Ormiston

Fawn's Park is a house dating from around 1745, featuring two storeys and three bays, with later additions at the rear. The building is constructed of rubble that is harl pointed, with squared dressings. It has small, regular windows, and a base course was added after 1950. The north elevation has three bays grouped towards the centre, with a former doorway in the middle and an additional doorway inserted into what was previously a window to the right. There is a window to the left and one in each bay on the first floor. The east gable is blank, and the west gable is also blank, adjoining a mutual gable wall of a property that used to be next door, which has a blocked window. At the rear, there are two-storey brick workshop additions with an external stair. The windows feature a 4-pane glazing pattern in sash and case style. The roof is covered with red pantiles and has a slate easing course. There is a rubble chimney stack on the west side and a brick repair on the east side.
