Harled, red tiles. S elevation: 6-bay. Advanced, 4-bay M-gable at centre with high valley; window to each floor in centre bays and doorways under swept eaves flanking; bracketted shelf canopies. Recessed outer bays with single windows, under higher eaves line intercepted by centre bay. E and W elevations: asymmetrical each with projecting stack at

centre, tiled off-sets; attic window above to S. N elevations: 6 symmetrical bays. Door to centre bays with bathroom windows at 1st floor above; regular windows in flanking bays at each floor. 12-pane glazing pattern in sash and case windows retained. Coped end stacks.
