Description

Earlier to mid 20th century. Single storey with attic, 3-bay pair of semi-detached houses mirrored about centre. Dressed, squared and snecked rubble with polished ashlar quoins. Base course. Round-headed doorcases and stone mullions.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Pair of roll-moulded, round-headed doorcases at centre each with panelled timber door and semicircular plate glass fanlight, 2 windows above in dominant gablehead. Bays to right and left of centre with slate-roofed canted window.

E ELEVATION: moulded stone tablet with carved ?Victoria Villa? to left above ground floor height, 2 windows at gablehead.

W ELEVATION: 2 windows at gablehead.

6- and 8-pane glazing patterns in upper sashes over 2-pane lower sashes in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates and terracotta roof ridge. Cavetto coped ashlar stacks with cans, plain bargeboarding and overhanging eaves.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low saddleback-coped rubble boundary walls.
