Description
This building, located at 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20 Perth Road in Dundee, dates from around 1850. It is a three-storey structure with a basement at the front and a four-storey rear due to the slope of the land. The facade features four bays made of coursed rubble with ashlar detailing. The shopfronts are pilastered and corniced, and there is an eaves course along the top.
The rear of the building is four storeys high and includes basement doors, central wallhead stacks, and two dormers. There is a ridge stack that is shared with the adjacent buildings at Nos 2-8. The roof is covered with slate, and the windows are sash and case with a four-pane glazing pattern.
