4, 6, 8, 10 Perth Road, 2A, Dundee

This building, located at 4, 6, 8, and 10 Perth Road in Dundee, was designed by James Black in 1828. It is a three-storey structure with a basement and an attic, rising to four storeys at the rear due to the slope of the land. The front façade features six windows made of droved ashlar stone.

The shopfronts are pilastered and corniced, while the first and second floor windows are arranged in groups of three, with the center lights being narrower. At the top, there is a broad-shouldered wallhead stack that includes an attic light.

The rear of the building is four storeys high and constructed from rubble, featuring four windows and a central wallhead stack. There are also two canted dormers and a gabled east elevation. The roof is slate, and the windows are sash and case with a 12-pane glazing pattern.
