21-25 Panmure Street, Dundee

21-25 Panmure Street is a mid 19th century tenement building that stands four stories high with an attic and features five bays. The ground floor houses shops and is constructed from cream sandstone ashlar, while the sides are made of rubble and topped with a slate roof. The original ground floor has pilasters and a cornice, with a cill course on the first and second floors. There is an eaves course and a corniced blocking course, along with architraved and corniced windows on the first floor. The second and third floors have margined windows, and the building features two-pane timber sash and case windows. A full-width tile-hung box dormer, which is not in keeping with the original style, is present on the roof.

The front elevation includes a close door at the center, with a door and two windows on either side, and five windows on each upper floor, along with the box dormer. The interior has not been seen.
