Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 4-bay near-square plan shop with pends to outer left and right. Harled; painted at ground. Base course; modern fascia dividing floors.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: entrance to right of central section; timber glazed door; 2 single windows and 1 bipartite at ground; flanking segmental-arched pends (outer right only provides pedestrian access); regular fenestration at 1st floor.

Studio glazing at ground; plate glass timber sash and case glazing at 1st floor; Velux rooflight. Grey slate roof; coped mutual stack with Nos 2-6; circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.
