Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey 3-bay tenement with modern

shop at ground, and basket-arched close doorway right

with moulded reveals, panelled door and fanlight. Painted

droved ashlar and margins. Consoled cornice above ground

floor; sash windows above, all with 12-pane glazing

pattern. Eaves/lintel band; cornice; blocking course; 2

small bipartite dormers with shallow gabled roofs;

straight skews; single end stack; slate roof.
