The ground floor features a modern shop, while to the right is a basket-arched close doorway with moulded reveals, a panelled door, and a fanlight. The building is constructed of painted droved ashlar with margins. Above the ground floor, there is a consoled cornice, and the upper floors have sash windows, all with a 12-pane glazing pattern. Additional architectural details include an eaves/lintel band, a cornice, a blocking course, and two small bipartite dormers with shallow gabled roofs.
