Description

52 Bank Street is an early 19th century, three-storey, five-bay tenement. The building is rendered and features ashlar dressings. The left side has a stair door with a corniced doorpiece, while the remainder of the ground floor is filled by a modern shop. Stair windows are located between the floors. The building has sash windows with plate glass on the first floor and a four-pane glazing pattern on the second floor. It also includes an eaves course, a cornice, and a slate roof.
