Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay classical terraced house, now flatted. Painted harl. Base course; quoin strips; painted margins to openings. pilastered entrance linked to 1st floor fenestration by margined panel.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: steps to central recessed pilastered entrance; 6-panel timber door; diamond-glazed fanlight; entrance linked to single window at 1st floor by margined panel. Single windows at both floors to flanking bays.

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; stone skews; rendered coped apex stacks; circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.

BOUNDARY WALLS, GATEPIERS, GATE AND RAILINGS: coped rendered boundary walls; coped square plan gatepiers with recessed panels; iron gate to central pedestrian entrance; cast-iron railings.
