25 London Road, Stranraer

25 London Road in Stranraer is an early 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay classical terraced house that has been converted into flats. The exterior features painted harl, a base course, quoin strips, and painted margins around the openings. The entrance is pilastered and connects to the first-floor windows through a margined panel.

On the north elevation, there are steps leading to a central recessed pilastered entrance, which has a six-panel timber door and a diamond-glazed fanlight above. This entrance is linked to a single window on the first floor by a margined panel. There are single windows in both floors of the flanking bays.

The windows are 12-pane timber sash and case style. The roof is covered with grey slate, and there are stone skews, rendered coped apex stacks, and circular cans.

The interior was not seen in 1997.

The property is enclosed by coped rendered boundary walls, which include coped square plan gatepiers with recessed panels. There is an iron gate providing access to the central pedestrian entrance, along with cast-iron railings.
